He's a civilian working for armed forces on a recreaction center in Garmish, Germany. His folks talk to him about every Sunday by phone, so that may be a quicker way to reach him than e-mail.
E-mail 9/20/2004 : Hi Eric- Wow - great job on the site and trying to keep folks in touch! Let me bring you up to speed... I've lived, I've learned, I've loved (won some, lost more!) Worked as many as 6 different jobs in a single year (2.5 years at Victoria's Secret, though - there's some good stories there!)
Learned how to kayak and haven't been able to pull myself away from the rivers yet. I've travelled and paddled rivers on three different continents, worked on and off as a raft guide and whitewater kayak instructor in the Great Smoky Mountains for 7 years, and am now working in the Mountaineering School at an american resort in Garmisch-Partenkirchen, Germany. Loving the great outdoors, the incredible beers of Bavaria and, once again, the european approach to the good life!
